I used to have a big big problem with flying. Would be just sick for days before & until the plane landed! I so know what you mean. I can actually fall asleep before the plane even leaves the ground. I try to sit where I can see the flight attendants. Or otherwise obscuring it? I was experimenting with deflecting the flash with a piece of white card stock about the size of a business card. I had it about 40-45 degrees away from the flash, so the light would bounce up. However, when doing this, it seemed to make the flash a bit warm to the touch. Is this ok, or can I damage my flash like this? I only did it a couple of times and stopped when I noticed the heat. Is this normal? I bought some colored eye contacts from a gas station today, Ive been wearing them for close to 5 hours and they seem fine. Basically, i am tyring to show a DVD video (in VOB format) on a html page. Flash 8 video encoder does not work as it does not support the VOB format. I also copied the VOB file to my hard disk and changed the extension to mpeg but the encoder still does not work. My other alternative is to convert VOB to an FLV file using some conversion tool.
